…and some of us have also been actors and directors. So we are also expert in using theatre practices in experiential learning for business. These include forum theatre, role playing and a wide range of actor-in-business based techniques.
Janet Gordon set up Blue Starfish Consulting in 2005 after working as Head of Change for an entrepreneurial, fast-growing consultancy working predominantly in the Finance Industry. She developed her passion for supporting people and companies through the cultural and behavioural side of change; grew her interest in learning and development and her own skills in helping others learn.
Janet’s first career was in theatre where she both taught drama at University and directed. She’s now been working in business and as a qualified executive coach for 15 years.
Our team has worked together for ten years or more and we have developed our own way of doing things. For us, this means a bespoke service to you, with experienced and focussed people. Quite simply – we want you to succeed and we get our kicks from helping you do that the best way we can. Oh yes – and it needs to be enjoyable – and preferably fun. That’s non-negotiable.
